Carib Beer XI
vs Metronet Alliance - July 27th 2009
No Match Report available.
Regents Park initially cancelled
the fixture due to heavy rain over the previous 24 hours, however,
at 4pm, they relented and allowed play to go ahead. However, the
cancellation meant that both teams were only able to resurrect
a team of 7 each, but nevertheless, the hardier members of the
team headed off to Regents Park to see if they could get a game
in.
They were duly able to play
a 16 over game, but unfortunately, the Caribs were to lose by
around 42 runs.
Carib
Beer XI lose by 42 runs
